Ijebu Gari

Ijebu Gari is a variation of regular white gari that is fermented for up to 7 days. This processing method results in an exceedingly dry and extra sour taste that has been perfected by the people of Ijebu Land in Ogun State, Nigeria. Extremely popular amongst the Yoruba people, the health benefits also include low carbohydrates and increased Vitamin C.
